How much water and exercise do you get on a daily basis? Are you an avid runner, who spends his/her free time sprinting across town or around the local track? However, when you consume caffeinated beverages, the water is pulled from your muscles and flushed out. This is a bad thing. Then you are probably walking through life dehydrated. For every soft drink or cup of coffee you drink, you should be downing two cups of water in order to replenish what is lost. The funny thing about this is that so many folks walk around dehydrated most of the time. Doesn’t anyone want water anymore?
So, do you have your water and exercise plan down? It’s good to nourish your body with a few ounces every ten to fifteen minutes. As you can probably already tell, you skin dumps quite a bit of it out. Especially on those hot summer days it is crucial to get your water and exercise regime in order. The last thing you want to deal with is dehydration. This happens far too often in this day and age and it truly shouldn’t.
